The Raymond Theatre is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. This 360-seat movie house, built in 1928, has been restored and features a five-rank Wurlitzer Theatre pipe organ.

The Theatre is available for rent when not in use for regularly scheduled activities.
Hannan Playhouse A small, intimate Theatre located across the street from Eighth Street Park in Raymond. It has a seating capacity of 74 with the capability of adding 10 "chair seats" for overflow seating .

Willapa Players The Willapa Players is a non-profit community Theatre group organized in 1956. It is the oldest community Theatre group in southwest Washington. The group runs a season of three plays a year: a fall play in November, a winter show in March, and a spring show in May. Occasionally, the season will be augmented with a special Christmas production or a summer show.
Grayland Players The Grayland Players perform twice a year with a spring musical and a comedy in the fall. Edie Boss has produced thirty-six productions drawing on local talent. The Grayland Players perform in the Grayland Community Hall, located at the intersection of Cranberry Road and Grange Road one block off State Route 105.
